Last year we asked anyone who was looking for a CLT home to fill in a short Expression of Interest form. That information has been really useful to us in looking for a project, talking with developers and convincing South Cambs District Council to support the CLT as part of the new town development.
We are looking to update this information as we get close to setting up our first project. We are asking anyone who completed one previously to fill in an update form, with a little more information, but also with any changed circumstances.
We have been working with the Neighbourhood Plan group and Cambridge ACRE to add a couple of questions so that it provides the strongest possible evidence of local housing need.

We also would really ask you to forward this to anyone with a Waterbeach connection, whether they live here, work here or have family here, especially if they have moved away, but would like to return.
The more responses we have the better chance we have of providing homes for local people.
